No Sponsoring is required to benefit from the Retail component of the Global Verge Compensation Plan and initially a Compensation Plan was implemented that required no sponsoring for matrix commissions either. But in compliance with new international MLM Laws, in order to receive commission a member must make a “sale” and consequently a member needs to personally sponsor at least one new person to be eligible to receive commissions in the MLM component of the Global Verge Pay Plan.  

The integration of multiple products and services into a single matrix Compensation Plan, will enable most of the rebate that Global Verge receives as commissions from their partners, to be directed back to the membership.

And ALL members have the ability to match a percentage of ALL the commissions earned on everyone they personally sponsor, and qualified leaders also share in the Leader Bonus Pools.

The designers of the FLEX Pay Plan decided that in order to have the fairest Compensation Plan for YEARS TO COME that the 3 x 9 Matrix would NOT be totally Company forced. A totally Company forced matrix only allows the very early members to benefit from any Company "flow-over.” Because of this strategy, no matter when a new member starts in Global Verge he/she will have virtually the same opportunity to build a very successful business.

We don’t encourage anyone to rely on "flow-over” from their upline (although this could very likely happen) but instead we encourage everyone to be “SELF-Empowered” and to focus on helping their own group members to grow their businesses.
